I juice this daily: beet, celery, lemon, turmeric root, ginger root, apple or pear, sometimes adding kale.
This was AMAZING to calm down fibroids … doing this daily for four months finally got things under control but you MUST maintain juicing this along with avoiding foods that spike estrogen … cleansing the liver is critically important with juicing. Great for the skin and for keeping your intestines running smoothly too.
