This soothing gel also stimulates the skin’s natural repair system, giving skin a fresh supple and glowing look.
The combo of Vitamin E and C in aloe vera helps prevent increase collagen in skin that reduce appearance of wrinkles while also getting rid of age spots.
According to this study, scientists measured the wrinkles and skin elasticity of 30 healthy females over age 45. They randomly distributed aloe vera gel supplements to each participant.
Half of the women received a low dose of 1,200 milligrams per day while the other half received a high dose of 3,600 milligrams per day, for 90 days.
