Take Care
No matter the components of your DIY face masks, you should always do a patch test because we all have unique skin that reacts differently to different ingredients.
To do a patch test, simply apply a small amount of your DIY face mask of choice behind your ear.
Rinse off after 15 minutes and wait for about ½ to 1 hour to see if there’s any reaction. By reaction, I mean redness, itchiness or any type of irritation.
Some people even wait for up to 24 hours to see if their skin can handle any type of product.
