Amazing Benefits of Aloe Vera for Hair
Let’s talk about the plant of plants – aloe vera!
The wonder of aloe vera lies in its thorny succulent leaves filled with a thick nutritious gel-like substance.
It contains more than 75 nutrients, including 20 minerals, 18 amino acids, and 12 vitamins. Some of the beneficial vitamins in aloe vera include Vitamin A, B12, C and E .
All of these nutrients promote cell turn over, healthy cell growth and shiny hair.
Aloe vera gel is also rich in proteolytic enzymes that heal and repair damaged cells and hair follicles in the scalp. By doing so, it improves the health of the hair follicles, restores their normal functioning and boosts hair growth.
Proteolytic enzymes also stimulate dormant hair follicles, awakening them and encouraging hair regrowth.
