Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- ½ cup Greek yogurt
- 1 frozen ripe banana
- ½ cup frozen blueberries *optional
- ½ cup frozen blackberries
- 1 cup fresh apple juice
Directions
- Into a high speed blender, toss in 1 cup frozen strawberries, 1 frozen banana, ½ cup frozen blueberries, ½ cup frozen raspberries and ¼ cup apple juice.
- Blend till all ingredients are pureed and there are no lumps.
- Next, add your Greek yogurt blend till combined. You may want to add it in portions if your blender is small.
- Pour the contents of the blender into a smoothie jar or tall glass.
