Directions

What you need
- ½ of a ripe banana
- 1 tablespoon of Greek yogurt
- ½ teaspoon of turmeric powder
Directions
- Peel off the ripe banana and mash it with the back of a fork.

- Keep it on for 15 minutes then rinse it off properly using warm water and your fingertips. A wash cloth can also be used.

Notes
- Excess banana face mask mixture can be stored in the fridge for future use. Use it within 3 days, though.
- Do a patch test in your inner elbow first, to see that all the ingredients are safe for sensitive skin.
- Use pure honey and not any regular honey that’s mixed with artificial stuff!
- Use less lemon juice if your skin is sensitive. Too much lemon juice in these banana face masks may irritate skin.
- Only use plain unflavoured unsweetened and thick yogurt. Greek yogurt or labneh work best!
