5 Benefits Of Egg Hair Masks
Let’s check out some of the benefits of eggs for hair!
- Eggs are rich in protein, a nutrient that is vital for healthy hair. Hair is made up of 70% protein which helps strengthen hair strands and prevent easy hair breakage.
- Egg yolk contains biotin that keeps your hair strong and hydrated.
- Eggs also have high amounts of Vitamin A, also known as retinol, which helps balance oils on the scalp. Using egg yolk helps your hair follicles to produce enough sebum that’s necessary to keep your scalp nourished and well moisturized.
- Fatty acids in eggs make hair look volumized, luscious and soft. They also keep your scalp healthy and dandruff-free.
- The sulfur in eggs is one of the important nutrients for hair growth, the other one being protein. Sulfur triggers faster hair growth.
